These Terms & Conditions govern the rental of vehicles from EasyRide Rent a Car Islamabad ("EasyRide"). By booking a vehicle, you agree to the terms below.
Required Documents
Chauffeur-driven rentals require a valid CNIC or passport at the time of booking. Self-drive rentals additionally require a valid driving license; international customers should also carry an International Driving Permit.
Rental Rates & Payment
Daily rates are quoted per 24-hour period and vary by vehicle and whether a driver is included. Payment can be made by cash, bank transfer or mobile wallet. Monthly and long-term rentals are billed on separately agreed terms.
Fuel Policy
Vehicles are handed over with a full tank and should be returned the same way. If returned with less fuel, the shortfall will be charged at prevailing local fuel prices.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is collected for self-drive rentals and returned once the vehicle is inspected and checked back in. Chauffeur-driven rentals typically do not require a deposit.
Cancellations
Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to a reasonable period before pickup. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation charge, communicated at the time of booking.
Vehicle Condition & Liability
The renter is responsible for the vehicle during the rental period and agrees to report any damage, mechanical issue or accident to EasyRide immediately. Traffic violations incurred during the rental period are the renter's responsibility.
Changes to These Terms
EasyRide may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of booking applies to that rental.
